Round-Up Foundation Memorial Golf Tournament

The 18th annual Round-Up Foundation Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Monday, September 8, 2008.

The tournament features many of the contestants in town for the Pendleton Round-Up as they help raise money for the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund. To date, the tournament has raised over $80,000 for the fund.

The tournament was established in 1990 in memory of Mike Currin, Dave P. Smith, David Bowen and Randy Dierlam. The four cowboys and pilot Bob Card were killed in a plane crash July 4 on Mount Rainier as they were traveling to a rodeo in Ponoka, Alberta. The tournament is limited to the first 144 golfers.
